≪お知らせ≫ピアサポートの紹介 |

今回は前回のブログの最後でお伝えした通り、ピアサポートに参加されたことのない方や興味をお持ちの方に精巣腫瘍ピアサポートがどのような感じで行われているかをお伝えします。 まずピアサポートについて。最近よく耳にするようになってきました。ピア（Peer）とは「仲間」「同じ立場」という意味で、がん体験者やその家族が自らの体験や知識を通してがん患者やその家族に寄り添い、悩みや不安を軽減しサポートすることです。 精巣腫瘍ピアサポート開催の告知は、まずホームページのブログで行います。その後、京都府立医科大学付属病院の泌尿器科外来の受付・がん相談支援室・D7病棟でリーフレットが貼りだされます。
ピアサポートは、みなさんが参加しやすいように泌尿器科病棟の談話室をお借りして行っております。ピアサポーターはキャンサーネットジャパンが認定するがん情報ナビゲーターの資格を保有する精巣腫瘍体験者の２人、代表の改發さんと古谷、以前のブログで紹介した京極・出町FP相談のファイナンシャルプランナー（FP)伊藤さん計３名で行っています。 参加者の多くは京都府立医科大学付属病院で現在入院中・治療された方・その家族です。経過観察で外来に来られる方が多い金曜日に開催されるので、多くの方が外来を待つ間や外来後に参加されています。 ピアサポートの内容は１対１で相談に応じるのではなく、参加者同士でおしゃべりしながら悩みや情報を共有し共に考えるスタイルでやっています。話の内容は自由で現在治療中の方は、治療に関する話・お金に関する話・食事の美味しいお店・地方から治療に来られている方が多いため京都の観光スポットなどを様々な話を経験者から聞き、外来で来られた方は年齢は違がっていても同窓会のようにのおしゃべりをしています。もちろん希望される方には別室（個室）で個別相談もやっております。 色々ながん腫が集まるがんサロンとは違い、精巣腫瘍のピアサポートですので同じ悩みや問題を抱えてる方が多く、京都府立医科大付属病院以外で治療された方や初めて参加される方でも打ち解けるまでそれほど時間はかかりません。 ピアサポートにまだ参加されていない方で、場所が分かりづらい・初めてで入りづらいなどの方々は、病院１階のがん相談支援窓口に行き相談員の方に声を掛けていただければ、ピアサポートの場まで同行していただけますので初参加の方でも入りやすいのではないかと思います。 次回の精巣腫瘍ピアサポートは２月２２日に行います。詳細は次回のブログでお知らせします
